I would like to say our project doesn't happen without the Venture Project Space as well as El...He catered to our needs and was always problem solving with us and coming up with solutions and using his connections to make things happen. Our documentary production team could not be happier with the space provided. We initially rented a very specific space within the building but our needs quickly multiplied and El was able to make some new locations within the building possible for interviews sets. Great experience and would not hesitate to partner with this company. I consider El a friend now and he genuinely seemed concerned about our success while in town. Thanks again for your flexibility and your vision to create the space you guys have created.

The Venture Project is pretty awesome! It’s got everything you need to stay productive and feel comfortable while working. The private offices are legit, the cubicles are great if you need a bit of focus, and the phone booth is clutch for private calls. They’ve also got super comfy couches and some solid coffee to keep you fueled.

The staff? Let’s break it down:

El is the SHIT—seriously, he makes this place what it is.

Wyatt is cool AF and brings a great vibe to the space.

AJ? Eh, he's okay, I guess.

Overall, it’s a great spot for getting work done, meeting cool people, and having a good time while you hustle. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a co-working space with personality!

Great experience here! I needed a space for one day’s worth of video meetings while vacationing nearby, and The Venture Project was perfect. A good downtown location, in a versatile, laid-back environment that mixes collaborative and focus spaces well. They even have rooms for larger meetings and podcasting spaces - an unexpected bonus!

El was a wonderful host, and fantastic in finding me space on short notice, got me all set tech-wise. Came in the next morning, connect the laptop, grab a coffee in the break area, and down to a very productive day. Made a great new business connection over coffee in the break area too !

Highly recommend for folks in the area who need to do some remote work. Quiet environment, quality internet, plenty of workspace. In town for EAA working remote, just 10 min Uber to Venture Project and the perfect set up to take care of some work mid week of the festival. Will be back next year! Thanks Elliot!
