This course was phenomenal! The course instructor, Mimi LaRaque, was fantastic. She expertly led the class through all the information and ensured every student understood the material. On a personal note, I lost all my notes and highlights from the first day and a half of the course due to a computer issue. Mimi took the time, on the last day, to go over the first day and a half so I got all the information, true professionalism!

We were a small class in the ECG under Mr. Samuel Santiago that romped off on November 18, and all of us received our certificates on December 19, 2024, our final day in class. After only three days since the class started, I wanted to quit: I thought the subject matter was Greek to me.
After a series of temporizing and feeling of desolation, I noticed I was—or we were—under the tutelage of the medical course’s version of boxing’s Muhammad Ali, thus I decided to stay and soldier on.
When he began talking, Mr. Santiago could “float like a butterfly and sting like a bee”, so to speak; meaning he could easily hammer out a kinship rapport with his audience ostensibly because of his inherent proficiency and thought-provoking charisma as instructor; he could make us all forget the time, make us becalmed with enthusiasm; we became enamored while learning how the dizzying but scintillating variations of electrical rhythm strips crisscross the isoelectric lines as Mr. Santiago marshaled his pedagogical mastery of the art of teaching.
Mr. Santiago is a dyed-in-the-wool educator, leader, motivator, healer, healthy living advice giver, inspirational speaker and friend rolled into one.
Instead of quitting, he brought me back—and many of my classmates—to life; with his tact and adroitness, Mr. Santiago made us reinforce our inner strengths with gusto, perseverance, resilience, and determination to finish the difficult but amazing ECG course.
I congratulate the TIA School of Allied Health for having such magnificent instructors like the very committed and sincere Ms Avae Cabral (CNA), the brilliant and well-respected Dr. Shobha Mohammed (Phlebotomy and ECG), and most-admired and highly regarded Mr. Samuel Santiago (Phlebotomy and ECG), among other Big League and titanic TIA instructors.
Long live, the TIA, one of the best allied health schools in the United States today.

Doing Andrew's PMP course was the best decision I've made. I got great value for my money - not only a live interactive course, but a lot of other resources. The option to retake the course FOR FREE sealed the deal for me. Our instructor Michael was great - he knows his stuff inside out, and wasn't not boring at all. I'm recommending this course to anyone who's interested in becoming a PMP. After this course, all fears have been removed and I'll be doing my exam next month.

The Tia instructor Mimi is very good and she made us understand the concepts in depth. Highly recommend for PMP prep course! I am very grateful to Michael and the TIA school for their excellent preparation course for the PMP exam which I passed. The whole course package was an excellent value. The live online class with Michael, together with the PMP simplified guide and the videos from Andrew were all very helpful. Having the interactive class, combined with the homework and the material available for self-study gave me a good structure to study. This was the right recipe for me.
