I had an iPhone screen replaced at this establishment and also bought a protective case for the phone that was put on the phone, right after the screen replacement, by the owner of the store. The screen did not last 2 months before developing spider-cracking that eventually over time split into larger splits/cracks. The phone was not dropped and was only subjected to normal use while being in the aforementioned protective case I had purchased. I was told there was a 90 day warranty on the purchase and workmanship.

After the problem had become too hard to ignore, and well within the 90 day warranty period, I went by twice and was unable to receive any service. The first time I went by during business hours but the store was closed so I called at that time and requested a call back, leaving my information, but never was called back.

The second time I visited the shop during business hours and the owner was out again. This time I left a detailed description of the issue, with an associate of the owner who was operating the store in the owner's absence, and again left my contact information. I was promised a call but, again, no one ever contacted me. My conclusion is that the product offered was of questionable quality for the price charged ($180 for what was a 15 minute screen replacement and another $20 for the protective case) and the service after the sale was nonexistent.

I will NOT patronize this establishment again for iPhone issues. In my opinion, you're better off going to the Apple Store in Cool Springs. Incredibly poor customer service and a poor product.

Totally awesome Customer Service and everyone that works there are super nice. I highly recommend The Pod Drop for Tablet or Cell Phone Repair. Their a small Family owned Business. The Staff is Friendly and they are able to fix most things while you wait. Their rates are reasonable. I have became a life long customer.

If you want great customer service, then go here! I had broken my iPhone5 screen, and it would no longer power on, plus the back was bent. They worked with me for over an hour to get the phone back on so I could at least backup my data. All of that, and no charge! I'll definitely be back for all my phone/tablet repair needs!
