I love it here; their new place is a lot more now.
They’re very friendly and reasonable. They let people in and take care of them and help them out with other stuff: food they can help you with diapers if you have kids, and certain other activities go on at their place. The Best thing there is when they do the bowl feed.
And I love it when they do their badger box feed, or cookie box, and other stuff like Thanksgiving fudge, and Christmas feeds. I love it here; their new place is a lot more now. They’re very fortunate to have found such a wonderful home. The house is spacious and well-designed, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The living room is cozy, with a comfortable couch and a beautiful fireplace that adds warmth to the space. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, making it a joy to cook meals for family and friends. The bedrooms are also spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Moreover, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with lovely parks and amenities nearby. Overall, their new place is a real gem, and I can't wait to spend more time here and create lasting memories.
Additionally, their new place offers a lot more convenience and accessibility compared to their previous home. It is located in a central location, making it easier to commute and access various amenities. There are several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers in close proximity, allowing for easy access to daily necessities and leisure activities. The neighborhood also has excellent schools and healthcare facilities, making it a great choice for families. Moreover, the transportation options are plentiful, with well-connected roads and public transportation systems, ensuring easy travel to different parts of the city. With its ideal location and abundant amenities, their new place perfectly caters to their lifestyle needs, and I am thrilled to see them enjoying the advantages of their wonderful new home.

July 3rd edit: lowered my review to 3 stars as nothing has changed for the better. still doing the lottery system and even people who get here first always have a chance of having 25+ families going ahead of them even if they got here first. i have yet to have a single trip here last shorter than an 2-3 hours. alongside that they changed it so you, no matter the family size, can only go here 2 times a month rather than once a week. finally, they never post updates onto google maps and only ever update people on changes on the same day in person or on facebook.

i love what they do for our community however the reason i'm giving them 4 stars rather than 5 is because on all platforms they use their is a lack of communication to the people who use their service on changes being made that aren't just the schedule. in the past few months since opening their locations they have done the following things: lowered the amount of items people can grab, changed the system in what people get food in what order, changed that system again, and then changed the frequency to make it so people can go one less time a month. i wanna reiterate that i do love their service and the people who run it along side their volunteers but its really annoying to find these changes have been done without a public notice before hand.

Great place for assistance, the staff that work here are not only helpful but they are also compassionate to the needs of those that come here. The volunteers are also friendly and helpful as well.

Nice place to go if you are having a hard time making ends meet. I was not greeted in a pleasant manner by any means. In fact the receptionist was very rude and was huffing and puffing about, as if it was bothering her that we were there... Other than a VERY kind man who took our information, the staff was not friendly, warm or welcoming. When you are in a situation such as this, it is very off-putting when people aren't friendly. Maybe it is all based on volunteers but that doesn't mean they should not be cordial or approachable.

Staff is beyond courteous and helpful in every way possible... top food pantry in town & they are quite generous with how much food you do actually get! I've seen lots of Sam's Club food items here, (ready to eat meals, produce, tons of bakery items), which is wonderful to know that local stores help contribute to local food pantries! Plus, at Neighbors Place, you choose the items you take... added bonus! Can't go wrong. If you can help in any way, even donating several food items from your pantry... every little thing helps! They will NOT accept any expired foods though, FYI. 😉
