The Moog Center is absolutely a wonderful school who made such a difference in our child's life! We had great difficulty the first couple years figuring out what would work best for our child after finding out he was profoundly deaf. We lived in Chicago at the time. The teachers, therapists, and audiologists at Moog were equipped to handle his needs and got him talking and hearing! It was the best decision ever to attend Moog! It has opened up so many doors throughout his life. He doesn't talk affectedly and is now going into his sophomore year at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida!

I have been so impressed with every interaction I have had with the teachers and audiologists at the school. Amy in particular has spent so much time with me answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with everything I have needed to learn about the school. There is no place I would rather send my child to learn than The Moog Center.

Becky and the rest of the staff were very rude and had short responses for every question or concern we had. They showed no genuine concern. A school for the deaf treated our kid like she was a hassle to evaluate. They showed no excitement to see her,
and for her first "schooling" experience this was pretty crushing. We were treated like we were below their standards. Becky shortened her evaluation time below what she was supposed to be given each time we brought her in. We did not get to watch the evaluation, so we just have to take her word on what happened inside their school. For the high price tag they have to enroll your kids, I feel they would of been a little more professional. I would not recommend taking your kid here. There are great options for schooling for the deaf in the Saint Louis area, this not being one of them.

Caring group of teachers, audiologists, and speech language pathologists!! They go above and beyond for their students. It's easy to see the difference the Moog Center makes just by listening to the kids talk and seeing their love for school.
