My washer quit working a couple weeks ago. I was looking for another washer , but needed to wash some clothes. I found a laundromat ( that had good reviews ) named the missing sock. You can use cash or debit/credit cards. The guy that worked there ( Angel ) was super nice and helped show me where everything was. The machines were clean and well maintained. I was in and out fast.

Wonderful first time experience here. Nice ladies working here, noticed the confused look on my face and kindly explained how to use the machines. This is a super clean facility that I feel comfortable coming to alone.

I do have a note for the owners though, I think it would be very beneficial to list on your website that this laundromat accepts credit/debit cards as well as coins/cash. That would have been nice to know before coming so I wasn’t counting quarters. I will definitely come back!

It's convenient for you if you live in the area, it's a little out of the way but the staff is friendly and it's clean. So I guess you get what you pay for, actually it looks a look better than the other ones in Decatur. This is the reason why I give it 5 stars plus they have FREE WI-FI and it works too. I'd rated a 10+ because it's the ONLY ONE that really matters. I'm a repeat customer, it is really a the only one that is worth it.

After 40 years of not being able to wash clothes in my home I tried the Missing Sock. I was amazed at how clean the machines were and different size machines they had. The lady working there Ms Edith walked around explaining everything to me. I still had to re-ask questions—she stopped everytime to help and with a smile on her face. Couldn’t have done this without her. GREAT employee Thank you Ms Edith. For being so kind.

It was clean but this lady here, Im uploading a pic, works here and I witnessed her being a real biotch to a lady for taking the cart outside to get her laundry. She even repeated it..."you can't be taking carts outside!". How are we suppose to know that when there isn't ONE SIGN that says that. Any other laundromat its ok, cuz PEOPLE NEED TO LOAD THEIR LAUNDRY FOR GODSSAKE! She was not nice about it. I won't be going back there myself after witnessing that.

Nice place love the workers they’re very helpful always cleaning and helping when needed. Its always clean. In and out just the way i like it. Love the fact i can use my card on the machines don't have to get coins.

Absolutely amazing! The laundry was so nicely folded, and the staff were so nice. It was my first time out of many, I'm sure. The detergent used is also very nice, I've got eczema (some scented detergents cause a reaction), so I was a bit hesitant to just leave my laundry and let them do whatever. But once I got it back and opened the bag, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the detergent wasn't something super fragrant!
