I didn’t catch the names of the two men that helped me today but they are the BEST! Always kind and have the best attitudes. I never know quite what I want but they’re so helpful each time and I’m always happy with their suggestions. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back for all my vape shop needs!

I spent $42 on a vape and got it home and doesn't even work. I called and told them about my defective vape that I purchased. They will not
exchange it for one that
works. Now I am without a vape. Very poor customer service.

I love the products. Although out of 6 elf 5 gram carts, only 4 have worked. I'm not sure of protocol, but I think once you are out the door, that's the end of the transaction. I will still shop here.

No matter who is working when I come in, I get the absolute BEST customer care. Everything is explained clearly and honestly and I leave feeling educated and happy with my product. The prices are the best I have found in town. I highly recommend this shop!

I walked in after unsuccessfully finding what I needed at other shops in the area. I was so impressed by the cleanliness, organization and overall welcome atmosphere. I spoke with the gentleman in a Seahawks hat (sorry I didn't get his name!). He lead me to what I needed, no sales pushes, just offered great suggestions and was helpful and knowledgeable and HONEST! Thanks for the great experience!

I bring my 77 year old mother here. She likes the place. They treat her well. She isn't intimidated in their atmosphere. Older folks folks tend to feel uncomfortable in these places. She's happy with the service, prices and atmosphere.
