Working at The Film Hub is such a pleasure! The place is gorgeous, the staff and owner are phenomenal, and the tenants are very friendly! We’ve had an office here for a little over a year now, and we couldn’t ask for a better office in a co working space! They have the best cold brew on tap for members, I always look forward to getting a glass when I come into the office. They also have 2 great meeting rooms that we rent out from time to time, which is great for our team when we have a larger group for the day and don’t fit in our 5-person office. Some of our staff use the co-working space as well and it’s a hit. They offer a couple desks with monitors and it’s a cozy place to post up for the day. We had our holiday party here last year and it was such a good time, they made it so easy for us by providing a list of local vendors so that I didn’t have to go look far, and it was a wonderful night. They really care about their Film Hub community and host a lot of events for people to network and learn, as well as find ways to celebrate holidays and connect with fun activities like pumpkin painting or pot lucks. We are excited to be renting out another one of their spaces later this year for a round table discussion we are hosting with some of our clients. Another perk is that this location is in the heart of downtown Vista and is surrounded by so many places, it’s nice to be able to walk to lunch for team gatherings. Overall this place is amazing and we are so lucky we found a space for us here! 1000/10 would recommend a space here.

I needed a cute location for a photography shoot for our curriculum products. The Film Hub has so many spaces to choose from. We took a lot of photos around the kitchen area and couches. Plus along the gorgeous brick wall. It's a clean and beautiful location and made it so easy and fun for our models too. Nani was great at communicating with me and keeping everything organized. I hope to return soon.

I wish I could give 10 stars! The Film Hub is top notch, top to bottom! Jim, Lauren, and Nani are amazing! The facilities are beautiful. The members are all so friendly and helpful. I recorded many, many episodes of my TV Show, my Podcast, and also hosted a Live Virtual Event there. I will definitely be doing more work with them. I highly recommend them!!!

The Film Hub is a great place for coworking. It’s a welcoming atmosphere and there are great amenities. As a small business owner, it’s a great option to not be stuck working from home and there are so many opportunities to network and learn from others. The coworking area is spacious and there’s access to video and photo studios, which can be helpful to create content for your business. I highly recommend trying it out.

We've had a membership and been going to the film hub for the past several months and can't say enough amazing things about this place! We needed a place to record our podcast and they provided way more than what we needed. Prices were the best in San Diego County and their location is better than any others as well. (we looked at all of them!)

Their staff and other members are super helpful and welcoming! Kind feels like a little family that's there to help you with whatever you need! They also have mastermind meetings and other events if you want to get to know other business owners and like minded people who are looking to grow professionally.

In a way for a very minimal cost it's like you get this incredible overall package complete with networking and facilities that you would think would cost way more than it does!

We have been very happy and would highly recommend the Film Hub to anyone who is looking for a place to record and or have an office or shared office space. Just a really cool overall vibe and great location for any of your recording or business needs.

The Film Hub is a great place for businesses within the entertainment industry to thrive! I moved my offices to the "Hub" a little over a year ago from another city within San Diego County. My business has grown tremendously and I attribute that to being within a community of business owners, creators, and team members of the Hub who value the power of positivity and family. The owner, Lauren cares so much about her tenants. You'll never feel bad to bring a concern. The Hub Manager, Nani is so passionate about creative projects and has great influence on the atmosphere here. As a owner of several corporations within the industry, it is important to me that my place of business offers an inviting and peaceful atmosphere not only for my team members but for me to be the best and make the best decisions for my businesses. The FilmHub is an understatement to my ultimate desires and I am super grateful for that and the community here. My clients can come into my office, I can film my movie, record my podcast, hold my seminars! Hey! Its a win, win for me!

Wow! I loved having the opportunity and availability to use The Film Hub Stage 1 for our most recent production. We needed a large green screen with enough floor space for a hollywood dolly and a large jib and this space delivered. The entire team at the studio was a pleasure to work with and I am looking forward to coming back soon! Thank you!
