Thad was amazing and got a policy done for me in no time at all and all over the phone. Easy to use website, affordable pricing and great customer service. I paid for our insurance for our event, then we were considering changing the date of the event. I called The Event Helper, a real person answered promptly and explained how easy it was to change the date for the insurance, no fees to change as long as it's before the start of the event. Then we decided to keep our original date for the event and left the insurance as is. Then a customer service rep emailed me to remind to update the date of the insurance. I really appreciated the follow-up email to check-in with me to make sure to update my date(if needed). Excellent communication and so easy to work with.
