Needed a website redesign, hired a company and after six months they had done literally nothing. I fired them and found Big Green... after signing the contract the process was quick, Jeff's team had regular meetings with me. Gave me an amazing site and incorporated all things I wanted.
After the site was up I asked for a couple revisions, which they did right away.
