Terry did a great job in my TV. My TV was only two years old, so it should have lasted longer. We decided if we could fix it for half the price, we will fix it rather than buy a new one.the repair cost approximately one third of buying a new one. So happy! Would recommend Terry any day.

I just had the rudest customer service phone experience with the gentleman who, I think, runs the place. I called to ask if they do a simple lcd monitor repair that I had already looked up online, and knew was very common, but also one that many consumers would throw out their monitor for. Instead of simply saying, I've never done this repair, he wasted 20 mintues of my time trying to get me to pay him $45 upfront for him to tell me if he could proceed to the quote on how much a repair would be. From there, he could have repaired the monitor and charged whatever made up number he wanted. After 20 minutes of him tiptoeing around the question, I finally got a definitive "I've never done that and have no idea what the final price might be." Thanks jerk, start with that next time.

We live in Redding, but had Terry fix our Mitsubishi Projection T.V. (8/20/14). He put in a new power supply and lamp and the picture is better than when it was new (and it's 10 years old.) We are so very happy with the results.
