I’m writing this review for two key reasons: the course did not meet my standards of quality, and the organization refused to refund my payment after I withdrew. Had they refunded me under the circumstances, I might not have felt compelled to post this.

I applied for and was accepted into a special needs course at a reduced tuition rate, expecting valuable, well-structured content tailored to the unique challenges of individuals like myself. However, the course was a complete disappointment. I only attended about 25%, but even in that short time, the issues were impossible to ignore. The content was outdated and ineffective, consisting mostly of static, low-quality photos with very few videos, and the only interaction consisted of meetings every four weeks. There was no meaningful engagement, no modern teaching techniques, and it was obvious that the material hadn’t been updated in years—a glaring failure for any program, especially one focused on special needs.

As someone diagnosed with ADHD and autism, I was particularly frustrated by how poorly this course accommodated neurodivergent learners. For a program supposedly designed for special needs, it lacked even the most basic accessibility features. There was no sensory-friendly content, no visual or auditory aids to maintain focus, and no interactive elements to engage students. I found myself struggling with uninspiring, static material that did nothing to address the unique challenges that ADHD and autism present in learning environments.

The irony is undeniable: this was a special needs course that made no real effort to accommodate the very individuals it claimed to support. When I could no longer continue due to these barriers, I felt entirely justified in requesting a refund. The outdated content, combined with the complete failure to meet the needs of neurodivergent students, made this course feel like a waste of both time and money. For a program in such a critical field, the level of neglect shown here is simply unacceptable.

This school is amazing for students who have Autism and are more severe in their behaviors. The students here get better one-on-one attention than other public schools, and the staff are so kind and positive. Great school.
