So I had to return to edit my review bc of an incredible lady that went above and beyond to offer assistance to me when she was not even working in the office. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name but I think it was Anitra (maybe?). The office was closed due to flooding in the area in Oct 2024. Calls were forwarded to their mobile numbers and, luckily, I was connected to this lady. She answered my questions and has my issue resolved within 2 days, when I had been trying for MONTHS and wasn't a bit closer than when I started.
So I came back to edit my review and give a couple of stars back. I'm still not going to give 5 stars bc the office as a whole doesn't deserve that rating. But she definitely deserves 5 stars and she is the only reason I gave back any stars at all

This place is an absolute joke. It took me calling the Hawkins county district representative to get anything done with how they handle cases and phone calls. I had to wait 6+ months from Oct 2023 till late March 2024 to get my food stamps fixed! I had to call Loudan county, TN to get my case fixed at that! I hope my calls and complaints have kick started them fixing their procedures.
