All front offices are difficult to get a hold of. No communication. First day we are ambushed with buying our books, mine was $840. I was told I would be marked absent if I didn't purchase. Now I'm taking a pre test on making sure I use proper pronouns for trans people instead of spending time in the class i signed up/paid for.

One mad dad and mom that can’t see the kid graduate be cause no room to sit at the acms. I’m disabled father that can’t stand long and no seats. parents should have came first. Do better!

The admissions team here should be replaced. I stopped in and had a couple questions and they acted as if I was a bother. I then applied and completed fasfa and everything a month out. Called to check next step and was rushed off the phone. Then never received a call or email or anything. Either you want students and my business or you don’t. I think they made it clear.

Very disorganized in the office I’ve been told twice I had everything done and I would be called in the next couple day TWICE. Both times I’ve called and they’ve responded like they have no idea what I’m talking about. I’m not in there system. They send me to the person that’s supposed to be able to help and no answer and no return to my voicemails I’ve called her office 4 times now throughout the week trying to give them time to call back, but to my surprise nothing. I guess I’ll call back Monday and beg for help some more.

Facility is clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The break room vending could be a bit more replenished and coffee making machines would be appreciated. Front office staff was a bit disorganized.

Warning anyone that decides to go to this school, they will not close school for inclement weather. Ice, snow you have to go. On the small chance they do cancel class, it's last minute after your already there or on your way. And after you apply, they release your email to marketers without asking.
