In and out no issues. Have the pipe stakes on before coming to gate and do the online check in before arriving too. Wear your PPE and follow directions for a smooth and quick load. Staff is superb.

Great place. Had a 8am appt. Due to 34 reset not finished. Got here at 3pm. Unloaded right away. Took longer to roll all the straps then to u load the truck.

All this automated technology to check in and out and it’s still a 20 minute process to print 4 sheets of paper to check out. And that’s after standing at the window for 10 minutes while they refuse to acknowledge your existence. If I scan a RFID tag at the scale to check out, get a text saying I’m checked out, the paperwork should be ready when I get to the gatehouse.

If you MEFrS... know that yall are gona be fully booked with trucks that day, you get another forklift to help out. Whoever is running the logistics show gets to go home after their hours are done and eat a hot dinner while a truck driver sits his a$$ for 7 hrs even tho the loading appointment was way earlier. Shame on this company for pushing top of the line safety measures in the facility but not giving a HOOT about a truck driver being here for multiple hours and having to watch a safety video about safety. We are here because you need help to move your pipe. All vendors that want business or do business in pipe yards need to see every comment section of every place. You treat everyone within your facility with respect. Not just your own.

I flew to the Bay City airport today to deliver water to the citizens who still didn't have safe drinking water. While in the FBO I overheard the Tenaris company call the airport to complain about all the helicopter noise.

If this is your power company that deprived you of power during the 2021 snow storm maybe you should reconsider. Businesses that move next to airports have no place complaining about the noise. If it were up to them you still wouldn't have water along with rolling blackouts.
