My Hyundai Elantra required an airbag replacement. I did not know what to expect or what airbag replacement involved. Rob thoroughly explained everything airbag related -- and with photos showing the before damage and post work of the completed job! Rob over at Techzone was the best. I had a car that I bought that was missing the safety system and he was able to identify it. Rob itemized all the parts and labor. He really put himself in my position and kept me in the loop during the whole install. Rob is a true professional and his customer service was five stars. I scheduled an appointment and met with Rob the technician on time. They provided a diagnosis of my check air bag light which by all accounts is very important. Service was professional, unbelievably thorough and timely. Rob's attention to detail, competency and honesty is exceptional. I highly recommend the Concord facility for any of your SRS issues. Labor rate and parts costs were very good.

Matt is one of the most smartest guys in the businesses he really knows hes stuff . he helped me save money instead of buying a harness from ford for over 800 dollars and by doing properly and making sure it would be done safe after words as well . i live all the way in Canada he went beyond hes way to help me thanks again Matt.
