10/10 service & customer service! Megan is absolutely fantastic & the man that worked on my Prius is a jewel! I went in not knowing what was wrong with my vehicle, only that the brakes didn’t work. Well, they did a whole maintenance check & found multiple issues & updated me through the whole process. My mechanic found some unexpected money behind my glovebox & made me aware as soon as it was found. I had no idea it was even there! It could’ve been easily pocketed, but it wasn’t & I'm SO thankful for that! I will never use any other car maintenance shops in Enterprise. Techway has a forever loyal customer. You can’t go wrong choosing Techway Automotive. Very honest & sweet people! Thank you guys!!

Fantastic and honest business. Clean waiting room with water and coffees. Modern digital text with pictures of findgind. They diagnosed my problem and actually recommended another business that could better deal with my muffler issue. I still used them to replace and air filter and I will return there first if anything arises in the future.

This review concerns an incident from 30 August 2024. I brought my truck in on the evening of Thursday (August 22). I was told Friday (August 23) afternoon they would look at it and give me a callback. I received no call. On Monday, August 26, I was told again that they were looking at it and he would call me back. After hearing nothing from them on Tuesday or Wednesday morning, I called Wednesday afternoon and was told my truck was in the back getting looked at. I was told they would call me with information on what was happening. Wednesday no return call. Thursday (August 29) , there was no callback, so I called and was told by a female who answered the phone that the rep I had spoken with was out and that I could leave a message if I liked. I asked for a return call but did not receive one. I called them back again the female once again answered the phone, I guess she was told to tell me truck was being looking at and they would called once that was done. Today, Friday, 30 August, I went to the shop and asked a service rep about my vehicle. He said that one of the guys was looking at it right then and that he would go back to the shop and see what was going on with the vehicle. I believe this was the first time they looked at my vehicle; he came with some inspection items to tell me about. It was also during time in the waiting area I could over hear their phone conversation with other customers, it sounded like things I had heard all week.. To make a long story short, I decided to pick up my truck, and even after still paying $109 for diagnostic fees, I was going to return after an estimate was written up for work needing to be done. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered someone had thrown a spit bottle into the back of my truck. I don’t know why this was done, but I can assure you I won’t be bringing my vehicle back to find out.

Called about getting an estimate to replace a power steering pump on my truck. I was quoted$900. Most other shops wanted around $500 to $550 to replace. Got in touch with a mobile mechanic which i used before and he quoted me $145 for labor if i get the pump and fluid for it! Total cost around $300. Folks always check around before just settling. Techway will never get my business!!

Exceptional service, great mechanics and awesome front line employees! Shout out to Mr. Wesley Roberson, my Service Writer and Advisor who worked my car into the system for repairs and an oil change - all completed by the time it took for me to walk to the store, pick up a few items and return. Price was right - used the coupon we received in the mail and in comparison to other automobile repair shops, dealerships or Quick Lube places - price was well below the competition. Thank you!

Friendly people. I went to pick a friend up after dropping their truck off. They didn't get finished with the truck yet so unsure how that to be. - update - yesterday we picked up the vehicle as it was ready. Wesley explained what work was performed in a way that was easy to understand. The cost was under what was expected and the truck worked like new. Thank you for quality service and a great experience.

*update* driving home I noticed the hood partially ledt open, fortunately my speed never got high enough to open it the rest of the way. Opened the hood and noticed they didn't top off any of the other fluids (washer fluid or coolant) . I was so hopeful.

Friendly people and the service seemed to be good. Made an appointment for an oil change, and it was done in just over an hour. Prices are on par with the dealership unless you can get lucky and catch their cupon.

Had a coupon for oil change with free tire rotation and free tire patch and free brake inspection!!! amazing price great deal. comfortable waiting area, they even went as far as putting a nice chair outside for my dad to sit in the sun! These guys rock....best new car service place in town!
