This is the best computer technology company I have ever use. Their knowledge, expertise and professionalism is off the chain. They are are extremely user friendly and trustworthy and their costs are the best in town. I was going overseas and need a lot of things in a very short time and they took care of everything. My son's PC was having issues powering on. We called many different places to find the best rate. In the end with decided to put our PC in the hands of these gentlemen, and we couldn't be happier. Had a laptop screen separate from its hinge. Went to big box store to see if it could be fixed. No luck. Saw this shop and decided to give them a try. They were very prompt, and my laptop is like new! I won't go anywhere else again! I'm very happy! Thanks!

I had taken my computer there before and had had a great experience, which led me to decide to take it in for a repair again. However, I am sad to report that this time the service was appalling. I dropped off my laptop on a Wednesday and after a week and still no concrete information about when it would be repaired or even a specific diagnosis, I decided to get my computer back. I was told that I could get it right away but would have to wait on a refund.

They should not take on new work if they are not able to manage the flow and they should not give clients the roundabout or wait for a refund when nothing was done for over a week.

If you have plenty of time to wait and you do not mind having to make multiple calls to ask about your computer, this might be an ok place for you. Otherwise, do not take your computer there--unless or until they get their house back in order.
