Here's what I love about Technagy IT... first they are good people, always friendly and professional. Second, they are incredibly proactive when it comes to updates, this keeps the network secure. As a vendor that has worked in the MSP world for over 20 years, I was blown away after working with Technagy! Most IT ‘professionals’ are arrogant and talk down to us non tech people...

However, the whole culture of Technagy is different because of the two founding partners Shadi and Sam! I had the chance to spend several days embedded in this company while working with these guys and I can tell you they are humble and generous...

Of course, they have their IT support in Dallas all dialed in; but they genuinely love their customers and treat them like royalty - like no other IT company I have ever worked with!
