I was searching for a reputable company to have a TV mounted in my basement and came across Tech2Call. Everything about the process of getting a quote, booking, and the service was exceptional. The communication was very clear throughout the process, and responses were efficient as well. Kurt did a wonderful job mounting the TV in no time and took great care to ensure it was exactly to my liking. Amazing!! Kurt was awesome! I’m so glad I went with Tech2Call to hang our frame TV. I was super nervous about drilling in the tile. I really wanted a professional to handle the job. Kurt was that guy! Very friendly and very knowledgeable. My wife and I had a misunderstanding with how the Samsung Frame TV is powered. Kurt came up with multiple options to hide the wire. He was very meticulous with all of his measurements. Before he left I asked him if he could hang another TV downstairs and he did so without hesitation. He even rearranged the furniture for us. This is my first time using Tech2call. Kurt was prompt, helpful and very courteous. The time it took for him to complete the job did not take long. Very pleased with my new tv on the wall. I really like the hidden wires. Kurt also gave me some remote/tv tech tips that I would have never figured out. The pricing was just right. Will call again for sure.

This was just a fantastic experience overall. First of all, Kurt and Amy are extremely responsive and very friendly people. They worked around a couple of scheduling snafus due to the shipping delays we are all experiencing right now. You can see the end results for yourself in the pictures, and take my word for it that the output of the sound and so forth is fantastic.

And then there were the little things like in the master bedroom the wires for the low profile TV were smaller than normal, so Kurt actually left to go to a hardware store and buy a thinner exterior strip to hide the wires so it looks more clean. This is an older home and there was a firewall so we could not go through the plaster as hoped but that is to no fault of the business of course. So with the options available, he did a fantastic job. Also the upstairs with the giant TV and surroundsound awesome job at hiding the wires under the carpet and everything.

And then lastly it’s just nice to have people that you enjoy communicating with, and are courteous. If you have a big project, people need to be in your home for multiple hours so it’s good not to have someone unfriendly! Would highly recommend. Thanks!

For the first time today I was able to scan a document on my printer that I have had for six years and could not get it to scan. I was also able to attach the document to an email which I once again could not do until Kurt showed me how to. I wish there were five more stars I could use. He was amazing and I will definitely be using him again and again.
