This is the place to go if you have a problem with your phone for sure! Great friendly service! Had a piece of metal that broke off the charging cord deep into the phone port. Could not dislodge it with tweezers or any other tool. Tech Lounge took on the challenge and was determined to clear out the port without damaging it, and was successful. May sound like an easy task but it wasn't. They also work on other items such as game stations, cameras, tvs, and probably lots more. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous experience with Tech Lounge! Very nice and helpful. Took my iPad in for a screen replacement. Within 24 hours it was fixed and working like new! I highly recommend him for your tech needs!

We had an IPad Pro screen replaced. He did amazing, he stayed open 40 minutes longer to receive the broken screened iPad. He ordered the new screen before close and had it completely done by 11am the next day! I noticed a flaw in the manufacturing of the screen later that day. I called him and he told me the current screen was warranted and it would be replaced with a new screen. In summary, Tech Lounge goes above and beyond for their customers and deserves your business. He is also super reasonable and affordable! Super happy, with services!

Naieem ( the owner ) was super nice and knowledgeable. He made everyone in the store or on the phone feel welcomed. I was impressed with his ability to carry on multiple conversations while he continued to work on replacing the display of my dad's cell phone.

Who repairs a seat belt issue at a tech store This guy! Met him randomly after my seat belt receptacle got jammed. He said he could fix it and he did. At no cost. People like this are deserve our business!

Everything about this place is amazing! The owner has great customer service and is more than willing to work with clientele. The building itself is a vibe alone, the customer service puts the icing on the cake. Will return in the future!

Highly Recommend. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Quick to answer the phone. Part came in quickly. The owner called as soon as it was done. Very affordable. Even offered a beverage while I was waiting to be seen.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Naeem did what literally no one else could and was able to transfer the contents of my old Samsung phone with a non functional screeen into my new one. My life was on that phone, and he brought it all back. Thank you, thank you!
