I called Tech Guys out because I was over my home WiFi / network set up. It was a nest mesh I installed for a 1700sq ft 1 floor home. My service was with AT&T and it also kept dropping.

Needless to say, Sean showed up and was a blessing. He really knows what he's talking about AND REALLY KNOWS what he's doing. Sean was straight forward about everything! I was extremely pleased when I got the quote, I was like Wow! This seems 100% on point with what I'm asking for. Great value.

I'm all about having great tech and Sean helped me understand that not every new cool thing is right, you have to know the application and use.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. This company set up a brand new network for our office, including an in house server, VPN database and updated our old hardware. They made sure all our computers were networked together for a simplified set up. Since the new set up, we haven’t had any disconnections. The VPN works great and our database is running smoothly. They worked after hours, to make the whole process easy for us without any downtime. Truly Satisfied with their service!!

I knew that this fall our home internet connection would be tested like never before with two kids doing remote learning and my spouse working from home full time. I had a Google WiFi mesh system that I had installed myself, and it worked ... pretty good. But it was sometimes wonky and I knew that I had not properly configured it for fast, reliable connections all the time.

I searched Yelp for home IT help and I called three listings that I found. Sean from the Tech Guys returned my call promptly and spent 10+ minutes on the phone discussing my situation and how they could help. This free advice was invaluable! I decided to book a site visit and the subsequent install.

Tech Guys just tells you what hardware to buy on Amazon--they don't make anything on hardware so you know they are recommending what they think will work best for your situation. Sean's install was efficient and he was professional while on site.

All this is nice, but how's it working I am thrilled to report that my internet speeds are nearly double what they were. I have the Spectrum 200Mb plan but I never saw anything above about 100Mb using the Google wifi setup. Now I'm getting 220Mb+ all over the house!

Sean followed up a few days after the install to ask how things were going. I had a couple follow up questions and he was super helpful once again.
