My computer wasn't booting up after a power surge so I took it to the Tech Docs, a family owned business. I brought it in at 10:30 am and had it back by 2:30 pm the same day and the cost was very very fair. They were able to evaluate and restore without having to change any hardware or software on my computer. They thoroughly explained what was done and what I could do to help the performance of my computer. Being an old computer running windows 10, I'll be back later this year to have them build me a new computer. They earned my trust and future business. Great job!

Took my pc in for a cpu upgrade, was quoted one day of service. I had to call for any update and every time I called they pushed back my pickup date. One day quote turned into three days. Everything else was great! Their knowledge, recommendations, and pricing were all great. A little disappointed in their communication but overall very happy and would recommend!

Tech Docs did a very good job of transferring blog posts to a document that can be turned into a book! Everyone I dealt with, including the woman on the phone and the guys in the office, were friendly and helpful. One said, “Cool” when I told him I was turning blogs into a book.

My PC had been down for months as I couldn't afford fixing it. I finally took it to Tech Docs and I couldn't be happier. All the staff is very nice and I would definitely come again. Big shout out to Najma, the store manager.

My laptop screen literally was barely hanging on. I used Google to find a repair shop and thank goodness I found Tech Docs. When I went to drop off my laptop they were 1000% honest. The repair was costly (the part), but much cheaper than purchasing a new laptop equivalent to what I have. The gentlemen (i am horrible with names, sorry) that helped me was phenomenal during the entire process. Upon picking up my laptop, the finished work was FLAWLESS and my screen display looked better than the original. If anyone ever have ANY problems with your computers, please go to Tech Docs first before purchasing another computer or laptop.

I had taken my laptop to another place who had charged me around $550 for a new keyboard that didn't even make my laptop work. It was pointless, it was just to sell me something I guess. And i waited 2 weeks for it after i told him i needed my laptop for school he had said it would take no more than 4-5 days. Anyways, I brought it to these guys instead and they fixed it within a couple of days. For much much less! The other guy said i should have taken it back to him. Why so he could sell me a Johnson-Rod for my laptop next? No thanks. Tech docs were great, fast, affordable and easily explained the issue right way instead of guessing. Great job guys and thanks again!

Seriously happy with everything this team does!! After 2 unsuccessful trips to the "Genius Bar" (concluding with them wanting $500 to ship out and further diagnose my laptop) I took it to Tech Docs. They diagnosed my display issue within seconds and quoted a repair. They finished everything 2 days later! Highly recommend!! You rock, Najma!! Thank you!!
