(From 2020:) James got my system fixed quickly and gave me a thorough report of everything he did and found.
(From 2023:) Once again James did an excellent job in setting up my new computer. He went above and beyond, in fact, wrote up every step on the detailed invoice, and charged a very reasonable price. I must admit: I foolishly went first to a place closer to me; they took several days but failed to perform the standard service. Go to James first!
