People were not friendly . Didn't say hello. Ordered from AW and said for here. I got no number other people did. I was with my Cain for walking and hand in a brace and I hade to get up and get my food and drink . The other people had there food taken to there numbers . I got no help nothing like they did. All rude people.

Front door from the right tord dealership the handicapped buttons didn't work going in from the outside. Inside left door opened not the right door. Buttons didn't work leaving the inside to go out to the side by the dealer ship. Rude people from walking in to walking out. All rude

Brought a tire in to get a tube in it due to a slow leak and they didn't even take it off the rim to check if a tube would work. Not impressed with their business practice. Only wanted to sell me a new tire.

Paid to have the truck AC looked at and be told it wasn't able to be fixed and that they believed it was the computer module and to take it elsewhere.
Took it to another shop, had it done super quick, and it was a simple easy fix.
Apparently this place doesn't know anything about ACs... Unfortunate I'm out the money they charged to tell me it wasn't fixable there... My clutch was just set too far back.. easy to diagnose and fix...

Went to a few other automotive repair places, was told I needed a new driveshaft, or because I had the part it would be time and a half. Lol called cenex North side, set up an appointment, and got my center support bearing installed on an hour. No disinformation, honest, and very good service! Deserve 5 starts

Took my vehicle to get fixed and while it was on their property my licenses plates were stolen off my vehicle! When I confronted the employees about it they acted as though it was no big deal. Told me that they thought I dropped it off that way and that they get a lot of vehicles in to work on with no plates on! They have no camera on the property! Do not take your vehicle there to get fixed it is not safe sitting there. Would have been nice to have at least gotten an apology or asked if there was anything they could do to help! Very unprofessional!
