Sync Space is a great place for small business. My business has utilized Sync Space as a flexible meeting place to connect with clients on neutral grounds. Further the space has other amenities not usually found in co-working space, multiple conference rooms and a green room to name a few! For the money there is not a more flexible co-working space in the tri-cities.

Great work space for individuals or group meetings. There are several private areas to work solo, 2 enclosed conference / meeting rooms and one large open meeting area. I have attended several meetings here and the environment is wonderful. In addition to what I mentioned above there is a small kitchen area with fridge for your snacks or lunch and two rooms in the front of the building for casual meetings (some foot traffic possible because of location). One of the front rooms has Barber Chairs for relaxing and 2 desks for the staff, the other front room is pretty much wide open. There is also a room with foosball table, comfortable leather couch, tables and chairs for casual meetings (my favorite). WiFi is fast and free, several monitors are on the walls for presentations and there are 2 unisex restrooms that have always been clean. They have a large copy machine in the back next to the kitchen (I have not used but it appears to be high quality). There is also a "Green Room" for recording video and audio that I have not used but have visited. It would actually be my preferred private work area because it is sound proofed. Pretty sure you need an appointment to use the Green Room.

If you are looking for a great inexpensive place to work or meet this is worth your time to check out.

SyncSpace is the perfect place to connect with local entrepreneurs, have a meeting or schedule shoot space for your next video. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The space is right in downtown Kingsport. Super convenient!

I moved back to Kingsport to found a makerspace. Unbeknownst to me, other enterprising entrepreneurs were already taking steps to establish Kingsport as a focal point for Innovation and the Creative Economy. One of the most useful resources I have discovered and utilized is the co-working space, Sync.Space. Day in and day out the staff is cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. The founder has become a friend and partner of Kingsport's makerspace, The Model City Makerspace. Sync.Space has proven to be an invaluable partner for us; I cannot recommend them highly enough!
