I am assuming I was speaking with the owner during my first initial phone conversation with Supreme Solutions Inc. The person on the phone was very rude and will oversell you. He took a look at our website and even though we had focus groups tell us our website looked cleaned and trustworthy. The person on the phone had nothing but negative comments about the site. He pushed us to buy his $5,000 package or $1,200 package. The man on the phone will speak over you, not let you finish your sentence. This person apparently did not know he was talking to the wrong person. You do not hustle a hustler. He named us a few companies that he previously did some work on before. Little did he know one of the companies he named is one of our business partners. We called them up and asked for their opinion on Supreme Solutions Inc. This is their comments, "I would not use them" "they did not do the job that we originally ask them to do" "we ask someone else redesign the whole thing" "did not work after they did it" "we have to redo everything"

These were comments taken from our Skype conversion with our business partner. This confirmed my decision that I would not use this company for any work in the future. Beware of this company!

From bad first impression to best results and delivery, Supreme Solutions made our project a success. Had a way difficult time communicating with the business owner/main sales dude over the phone so I decided to check their office out in the middle of nowhere in OC… I came out of the meeting impressed! They looked at my site, and the way we get orders out to be shipped and came up with a game plan ON THE SPOT which they followed-through until the end.

I was only going to have them do my website, but I followed their advice and followed their “click n’ ship” philosophy and it worked out VERY well in the end.

So happy I decided to check them out, despite not being impressed on the first phone meeting. Recommended based on results.
