Owais was extraordinary to be able to help after the destruction made by myself and lending it to my ex, I did not think there would be anyone to help me out with my problem. Owais went out of his way to reassure that he could help me and he prove that to be exactly so. I am very please and will continue to do business with people of his caliber. Your tech made me aware of several things that was effecting my computer. He was skillful and knowledgeable and did a great job of directig what needed to be done. Only time will tell me just how much better my computer will be. Excellent Job.

Jack was very rude, spoke over me when trying to ask a question. Never really answered my question. At one point he told me I was not computer savvy, so I asked him if he was calling me stupid & he answered yes. Advised me my computer was running slow so for $89 he could get it all fixed. Now that he has done that & I paid the $89 my computer is running no faster than it was before.
