Subcooling Services sent Chris to us the next day after our heater went out. He came and was very professional and worked quickly to get us up and running asap. Not blaming the technician, you sent a Tech out with no experience whatsoever, with no replacement parts and no help. He barely had any tools, and they were not proper for the job. You cannot send an AC Tech to do an appliance tech job, first rule in maintenance the proper tool for the proper job.

Subcooling Services did an excellent job of repairing my Samsung electric dryer. Johnny was the technician who performed the work; and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and immediately identified the problem that the dryer needed a replacement heater element. Johnny replaced the heater element the same day and my dryer was back to working perfectly within minutes! Thanks so much for the efficient and friendly service!
