I've dealt with alot of recruitment firms over the years, and never bothered to consider writing a review, mostly because they were all average at best. I came into contact with Dwayne from SEP by chance, and from the get-go, he was the most diligent tech recruiter I have ever worked with, bar none! He learned what I was looking for, and immediately presented me with roles that lined up with what I wanted. Between the constant contact and updates, and the awesome roles that were available, it was a very smooth process from start to finish, and all-in-all, it took just over a week for me to go from a previous role, into an amazing new role that is essentially a dream role. I dealt with some of the managers there too - Albert and Darren - and they were very easy to talk to, and could tell that they really wanted to land me a role, and not just to get paid, but to look out for my interests as well. You can't do much better than working with these guys, guaranteed!
