Very unhappy with my experience with "Stone" Electronics. I shipped my AV Receiver to Stone for repair. After a month I got the receiver back from Stone with the exact same problem. I tried several times over the phone find out what they were going to do to rectify the problem. After several failed attempts at resolution, I was told I would have to send it back at MY EXPENSE AGAIN! I already paid for shipping. Stone wants me to pay AGAIN! Stone should not send back faulty repairs and then expect customers to pay shipping again.

They are rude and unhelpful. I am very dissapointed with these people. They hung up the phone on me multiple times. When i needed someones assistant they were giving me attitude. All i was trying to do was get my tv fixed. But the rude service makes me want to just buy a whole new thing.
