I wish there was a no star option. When you've literally spent 6 hrs on hold several days in a row only to be disconnected each time, or 4 hrs on their chat line waiting in a queue to talk to someone only to be kicked out without speaking to anyone, something is wrong. DO BETTER! TIMES ARE HARD, PPL NEED ASSISTANCE!

UPDATE- (7-31)- After calling Governor Parsons Office I was transferred to the Childrens Service Directors Office, all agencies have agreed that it is my right to file defamation charges however when they then transferred me to the supervisor of Stoddard County office, Mason Blair- he essentially told me in not exact words that they followan internal policythat differs from the law- in other words they feel their policy is above the law and not subject to them. July 27, 2023 a non mandated reporter made a false report against me. Christopher Oliver showed up to my home unaccompanied by law enforcement, spoke with my daughter but not my sons, as he left he said he was reporting this as being a false accusation since clearly my daughter did not have the black eye and such that some terrible human claimed. I have been working with Stoddard County Sherriffs and Advance PD to file defamation charges on the false reporter(s) so far the agency has been unwilling to cooperate with law enforcement or the laws themselves. I have reached out to Governor Parsons office on the matter. No agency should take it upon themselves to infringe the rights of families and add insult to injury by protecting false reporters. It is my legal right and the law 575.080 that if a report has been proven false the name shall be disclosed so that I may press charges. I will keep working on this matter not only for myself and my family but for other families who have been put through the same negligence because f this agencies refusal to follow the law.

The reason why I picked a low rate cause the dfs took my kid away illegally in 2019 of august they should’ve let me be home with her instead of them listening to false statements now I’m still fighting in court to have her back cause Briney won’t let me discharge to have my kid back ik my rights no child should be taken illegally from false statements I still should’ve had her before the dfs wasn’t involved cause the whiteheads won’t let me see my kid or anything

It took me 15 min's to be seen and we talked about my situation filed paperwork and the caseworker was kind respectable and listened to what I had to say and the time just flew by before we new it 2 1/2 hours had passed I had enjoyed myself that day

I have been calling them for 5 days now since I got my letter and nobody has answered the phone and now today there’s a fake holiday for them so they are closed we need better people in these kinds of offices
