Recently had my one-year old, inexpensive Epson printer stop working correctly. I returned to Staples as had purchased it there with a protection plan. The manager, Terence, and his team of pros were fantastic! They helped me to return the old printer, and I was able to order a replacement model, an upgrade, that was on sale and arrived within a few days to the store. When I went by the store, (though I could have had it shipped to my door), Terence carried it to my car! The staff aimed to provide quality products and service, so I am recommending you stop by for your printer needs!

The store was very well maintained, I wish I got the lady's name who helped me at the printing service but she has a cute Bob.

This location is kind of out of the way for me like 25ish minutes but I really needed to come to Staples to do a return and then I started shopping while I was there and then I got the printing service so very much worth the trip

The caucasian women behind the print and large prints is so rude . She basically told me to get out her face and I can self print out myself like I knew how to go and work those machines . She had the worstest attitude and said she’s not supposed to help people print out . I’m 37 weeks pregnant and last time they printed out for me at the desk so how was I supposed to know that it’s self serve

Terrence helped me Saturday with some stuff I had to print and scan in. He was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful throughout the process. He deserves to be recognized because more people should have his approach to customer service.
