Recently bought a new printer from Best Buy. I wanted them to install the new printer to my laptop, but they no longer provide that service inside their store. When I told them I needed help, a store technician gave me a business card, and said I could arrange for a technician to install a printer inside my home. ( This idea did not interest me).

As a result of this I went to the internet and found "St. Louis Tech Support." After speaking to Dale I was impressed with his patience. He took the time to really listen. The very next day I took my printer and laptop to this business and within a few hours everything was completed. When I arrived to pick up the printer, Dale explained, step by step, everything he had done. I left with the confidence knowing that my problem was resolved.

If I ever need this type of technical service again my go to place is St. Louis Tech Support.

Mr. Dale Ficken, owner and operator of this business fit me into his busy schedule twice. He aids many larger businesses in the community, but I needed a personal computer looked at and he took it within 24 hours of my call, and returned it the very next day! His prices are beyond fair! I was happily surprised that as long as I brought the pc to him and picked it up when he was finished; he offered me a flat rate vs. if he had to come to my home, he would have to charge me a rate per hour. I highly recommend Dale because in addition to his work for me, he works for community businesses that I frequent and respect that are also happy with his work.
