This has been a God send for us! They customized it to fit our very specific needs that no other company seemed to be able to do. Marc has made himself available to me for training, questions, help, etc. which has been so helpful. We needed a management system that could not only run our bocce ball leagues but was easy for electronically challenged seniors to navigate through. I would give Squad Fusion more than 5 stars if I could!

I was so excited when I found SquadFusion. This program does it all and if it doesn't have what you want exactly, you have the ability to make some editing so it does accommodate your needs. Being the manager of a high school football team, I finding it increasingly difficult for players to get the correct information to their parents and to get documents home for parental signing. SquadFusion provides the communication abilities to share the information to specific groups that have been set up at the team and league levels. Their websites are compatible with any device, meaning the layout changes depending on what device you are using it on. If you are looking for a one-stop-shopping item, this is it.

Outstanding product and even better customer service! I run a youth football and cheerleading program serving 150 - 200 youth in Brooklyn, NY. I have only used the software for a couple weeks, but I am very happy with what I've seen so far.

The product is super configurable to our needs, and addresses all of the requirements we have for managing our program, (e.g. team management, communication, registration, payment processing & website design). The product is actually super easy to set up, and the customer service provided made the whole process a breeze. We were able to get our program up and running in less than a week.

The only issue I have with the platform is the native website designer. The designer is very rudimentary and does not allow for the type of configuring I am used to. Nevertheless, upon request, they offer support from programmers who can add a little html to spice up the site and achieve the look I want.

I’m relatively inexperienced at creating and maintaining a webpage, but SquadFusion’s software is straightforward. It’s easy to make changes and save them quickly. It does not require knowledge of code, and has many similar features to an email message or a word document. This meant that I could get the site up and running relatively quickly. I really like the payment plan features, including our ability to create discount codes.

The best part about using SquadFusion has been the support from their staff, specifically Marc. He was accommodating from day 1 as we set up a webinar to preview SquadFusion and ask questions. One of the determining factors in our youth soccer group choosing SquadFusion was the understanding that we would primarily deal with one person throughout the on-boarding process. There are certainly other employees of SquadFusion who handle tasks, but when I have a question, I contact Marc directly, and it’s Marc who responds. The response time is always prompt. Additionally, throughout the on-boarding process, Marc would schedule webinars to answer questions. Very often, our webinars went beyond the time allotted for the call, and Marc graciously continued to answer questions and prompt me through the set-up process. SquadFusion is making it easier to communicate with parents on the team and collect and process payments. I highly recommend SquadFusion.

I spent a month having hour long demos from every sports management software before selecting SquadFusion. BEST Sports League Management software available!!! Most flexible software. EASY user interface. Allows teams to post their own scores and reschedule events. FAST tech support. Willing to work with a league to tweek for their use. Marc and Casey are AWESOME!!!

After researching athletic management software/programs for years, I decided to go with Squadfusion. Not only did I sign up for this service for our community basketball association, but I'm also using it for the school where I'm the athletic director. I guess you can say that I am fully on board for what Squadfusion has to offer eventhough my needs are different for both programs I am administrating.
