relatively painless. sign in needed, even if it's not apparently posted; maybe it is posted, but i was NOT the only person who didn't initially sign in when walking in.

a bit of a wait, and somewhat disaffected staff. i get it. F2F direct CSR type position, leaves little personality. the person helping me was great though, probably just started his day.

big store, with lots of open space. hopefully, if a visit here is needed, all the details were already worked out on the phone before you got there.

This place SUCKS ! The wait in store is terrible.. I've been there 3x"s this month because they SUCK. I exchanged a cable box, didn't work. I went back again, new box. Did not work. Called for service, tech states new box not activated at exchange. Tech activated box, cool right ? Nope. Doesn't work again. P.O.S. all levels. Called for help, can't reach anybody.. SUCKS !

My mom and I recently switched our entire phone plan to Spectrum. The service is better, the cell reception is better in our area, and we pay less than what we were paying before!
Erick helped us with the whole process and he has the patience of a saint. We are not very tech savvy so he walked us through and helped us with every step. He made what sounded like a complicated and stressful transition into a smooth and easy experience! We ask for Erick any time we need assistance at Spectrum 🙂

terribly slow customer service. waiting over an hour to return THEIR equipment after cancelling. Only two or three employees in the front who take ages to help their customers. Not to mention how they disappear in the back for over 10-20 minutes leaving a consistent 4-5 customers sitting around in the lobby. Multiple customers left because of the long waits. Avoid this location.

Been here an hour to exchange a power cord. 3 employees and never less than 7 people waiting. When I was next, 3rd employee disappears. Other 2 have been with same customer entire time. This has happened all 3 times I've been here. Time for different internet provider. Never a sorry for the wait to anyone.

Due to all the bad reviews, I went to check this store out for myself. This was an once in a lifetime experience. It's truly amazing to see a corporation copying the DMV. We all love the DMV, right? They have a sign-in like getting a ticket at the DMV. Then they have a couple of giant TVs that shows your place in line like the DMV. It's like a we don't give a F vibe like the DMV. I like customer services so I prefer something like T-Mobile where you are greeted by a person that triage your needs. Sometimes I wait longer at T-Mobile due to waiting for more experienced sales person or sometimes right away because I just need to make a quick change or pickup a free swag. Here at Spectrum, I had to wait 30minute to talk to someone for 2 minutes.

The most incompetent, useless, and unknowledgable set of employees I have ever encountered. They do not know how to navigate through their own program and data to assist customers. Coming here for any assistance is an absolute waste of time.
