Polite, conscientious, and considerate staff. You treat them with respect, and they'll treat you the same. We're all humans at the end of the day.

The food is good, but if you're a picky eater, sorry, mates. Meets the average adult's calorie intake per day.

Very old building, so temperatures fluctuate. If you're a person who gets hot easily, bring loose clothes. Bring thick clothes or blankets if you get cold easier. You can wash and dry your clothes here as well.

Participants vary you good ones and you get bad ones. It's like flipping a coin. But everyone is interesting, and you learn about all walks of life and experiences from your fellow participants.

I'd come back again with referrals to anyone who wants to try earning side income.

Great facility! I enjoyed all of the Phlebotomists like family and the (female) PI (Doctor). Facility is clean the food was good and I enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak. Lan, Brit, Jan, Sue, Aubrie, Mary, Joe, Keisha, Samerrial, Allie, Spike, Allan and many more were awesome!!! You all rock and make this a great facility. You were all very personable, welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, skilled, professional, efficient, kind and humorous. I look forward to coming back and thank you for everything! SEK

Great staff, clean place and the food is good. Nurse Lan is very cheerful and great at what she does. Dr. Fein is very caring and professional at all times. Mrs. Dawn is an excellent human being and very efficient. Quincy always has the right attitude. Alyssa and Aubrey are attentive to details and both hard-worker. I highly recommend Spaulding Clinical.

I been coming here for 10 years no problems No write ups The nurses been good to me I've been seeing new ones
I'm seeing Vets Lucy,Nacy Lyn, The security Dan is professional no problems.But i have a problem the study im in is Duracell chort 5 . Some stuff it wasn't clear i couldn't bring a personal kettle even though its not in the consent even though yall have a water machine it doesn't work a lot i have to wait hours for it to get hot.But let me stay my main topic.I nave problem with this new doctor Fein I guess the company really need her I guess she not personally Obnoxious Doesn't let the nurses do their job Talking to grown men like their Childs And I aint the only one who doesn't feel like this But I guess she's important to you Is she's here I'm not coming back here Thank you for letting me come here for all these years But you lost someone thank you my study number is1071 N. Cooper thank for the years not coming back if she's here.

I am enjoying my stay here. Anything you need just ask. This is my second time here and the staff have been friendly and explained everything really well. They pay really well, and your roomates are pretty cool.

Just BADDD!!! Don’t come here ! I screened , passed everything and got accepted into the study then they call me a few days later saying the lady who took my blood said I wouldn’t be able to “handle it” mind you, they missed my vein 3 times, had to call 3 different people in to get blood from me, they were moving the needle around in my arm so ofc I told them I was in pain !! I’m glad I didn’t go now reading all of these reviews!! Leah is rude , talks to you like a child. DO NOT COME HERE

LAN . Samirial and Keisha.. Dawn..Alexis .. are wonderful staff. Dr. Fein is wonderful as well. I appreciate their hospitality and dedicated work. Definitely will keep coming back here. I just wished we could get some condiments with our food. And hot sauce. 🤭😔 but overall great staff. Probably left some out. I forgot their names.

If I could give this place zero stars I would because that is what they deserve. The heating system is inadequate. You are literally freezing your butt off, ice is on the inside of the windows! Most of the staff is friendly but some seem to be on a power trip. Dr Fein is definitely one of those. She walks around like she is trying to intimidate you. She will kick you out of the study for any reason. The food is horrible and sometimes undercooked or overcooked. They give you a wash clothe and a towel and expect that to last your entire stay? There are no paper towels or disposable toilet covers in the bathrooms. This is the cheapest facility I’ve encountered. Most places have plenty of wash clothes and towels you can use, and they provide you with detergent to wash your clothes! I don’t understand how they are still in business
