My mom loves going there! They always treat her wonderful. Her Dr. Nicole Kieffer is awesome! She is patient and understands her patients. Dr. Nicole Kieffer she is above and beyond! I truly recommend to go TO SOUTHWEST Arthritis

I have never been to such an amazing practice. I’m new to North Texas & it was a nightmare trying to find a specialist and the manager at this practice was an angel sent! She assisted me with obtaining a release of information for my previous specialist in Corpus Christi, set me up with appt for an evaluation with the Dr… then I was curious to see how the rest of the staff would be, including the Dr. Let me tell you, check in ladies were super sweet, the MA was patient & amazing as well… THEN the Dr had amazing bed side manners! He even gave me an injection HIMSELF! I was so amazed! I’ve never been to a Drs office where the Dr cares that much to help u himself! He said he doesn’t believe in just passing an injection to someone else when it literally takes 2sec. We came up with a great plan of care, which was a plan that previously worked for me, did labs & checked out. I did not meet 1 rude person, nor 1 person with a bad attitude. I left the office feeling accomplished & felt so comfortable. I’m sooo happy I found a Drs office who cares & Feeling like I’m in great hands for my condition makes everything great! Great job Dr Singhs office!

My first visit with Dr. Kieffer was amazing. I went in with severe inflammation of my joints that I've been suffering from for years. She prescribed a powerful steroid treatment that IMMEDIATELY relieved the inflammation. I woke up this morning feeling better than I've felt in years. Thank you Dr Kieffer. 😊

After going to numerous doctors found Dr. Campbell. She is sweet and understands your needs. The staff at this location is very friendly and all changes in your care go directly through to your doctor which is good. They get you in and out fast and I recommend this office to anyone. They see a great deal of people at this location but handle it well.

I absolutely love Dr. Ty-Arias and Dr. Singhal! Before I found them I was seeing another rheummy who just wanted to draw my blood and watch me slowly die. Dr. Ty-Arias listened to me and never rushed me. My very first visit, my nerves were calmed and she assured me that she would do everything in her power to help me. She even called in Dr. Singhal to reiterate what she said. I’m now being treated for a disease I’ve had all along! I’m very pleased and relieved that my doctor loves me and truly cares for me! I recommend them to everyone!

I started seeing Dr. Singhal about three years ago. I could barely walk and I had been miss diagnosed by other Dr's. Dr. Singhal took care to correctly diagnose my PSA and put me on a treatment plan. I now not only walk on my own I am able to work a full time job to help support my family. Thank you Dr. Singhal for everything you do. And thank you to the whole team... John, Steve, Pauline. You are all amazing!

Called to schedule an appointment assuming it was an easy task unfortunately it was not. Lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. My experience's we treat potential clients patients in this case with courtesy. This lady needs some serious training and I failed to ask her name vut she is fluently in Spanish. My mother was seen at your office by Dr. Pattel so I wanted to be seen here as well. But I am having second thoughts. Dr's need to be aware that staff like this will have future patients looking elsewhere. Do us a favor tell your staff that you treat your patients with respect courtesy. Customer service is a must.

I've been going to this clinic for at least 9 years for psoriatic arthritis and the staff, and especially Dr.Singhal, have been THE BEST ever! I'm always well taken care of and comfortable. Dr.Singhal has ALWAYS helped me find every and any med to help my health and I'm forever grateful to him!! I was in BAD shape and unable to function. Could barely take care of my children because of the amount of excruciating pain I was in. And now I'm extremely active, thanks to the constant care I've had with them! Thank you SO MUCH Southwest!!
