There are a few kind people but the Medicaid team is rude and overtalks you. not sure why everyone is so cranky

This is the most unprofessional business establishment I've ever had to deal with! I call a million times and turn in several different types of information they claim they need from my family to give us our benefits and yet it ALWAYS! MESSED UP IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER! then I finally had enough and call to see why once again it's wrong and they wanna tell me that their not gonna fix it this month because THEY, messed up! But they will fix it for next month! So I finally had enough and was like I need to talk to the supervisor and the staff member goes "omg" and transfers me! Then immediately the "manager" goes, "you need to be quiet!" How disrespectful and unprofessional! This manager Lori was absolutely no help and completely condescending and rude! They are the ones that can't seem to do their jobs correctly and I'm disrespected?! Disgusting! They need better staff of better training cuz that's absolutely unacceptable!
