They really helped me out in a jam once with some cut coax to a unique and obsolete antenna for a crane. They spliced it while I waited and checked it’s function.

They have a lot of electrical supplies on hand, like shrink tube, fuse holders and splice connectors for automotive repairs. I now go out of my way and get those things from them.

My Garmin 3210C went back to 1999. Electronic shop in Cordova told me I needed a new plotter. I brought it to South Central Radar and my problem was a dead battery in the antenna. They saved be a couple thousand when they could have easily sold me a new plotter.
