I was extremely happy and excited to be a part of one of the clinical studies at Soapstone Center. Dr. Johnson and his staff were extremely professional and caring. I can't remember when I've had such a great experience from health care professionals. Due to length of this particular study (over a year-long), one would expect the quality of care to diminish over time, surprisingly, that did not happen with Dr. Johnson and his staff. I would like to personally mention the outstanding & professional manner in which, Nurse Natalie performed her duties, she is extremely conscientious and knowledge. Natalie went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and personally address any and all my concerns. Her follow-up was phenomenal! Great job! I would strongly recommend Dr. Johnson and his staff to anyone. When is the next trial? I would like to see a more modern facility /office space.

I had a great experience. Everyone was very professional. The environment was wholesome and everyone made me feel comfortable even when I had to get blood drawn which I really hate to get done. If there is another research study that I qualify for I would be more that happy to participate.
