Windows crashed on my desktop Friday night and wouldn’t boot up because of storage space and possible BIOS issues. Brought it to SMS first thing Saturday morning and he had it up and running with a 3rd hard drive and fresh install along with saving most of my files within 4 hours. I came in with an odd request regarding the power supply of my gaming console. Even though they do not work on gaming consoles, they did agree to look at it. The 4 pin wire connector broke on my power supply and I had difficulty in trying to remove it. I know had I tried to remove it, I would have ruined the soldered connection on the power supply. The nice gentleman took his pliers and was able to remove my cable without damaging my power supply. Super nice people to have in our small town!

Best experience ever! Not only were they quick to diagnosis and remedy my issues right in front of me, I was set up with a new cord, advice, and given what felt like VIP treatment although I feel like anyone who stops by is likely treated just as well.
