Tim and Jessica were amazing to work with! They were quick and professional. My van is absolutely perfect and Jessica did a great job at perfecting the design. I LOVE how my van turned out and I would highly recommend them to anybody!

I went in this afternoon around 2pm. A blonde woman was working. I told her that I needed to send this package to Germany and that I had gone on FedEx site and found that if you ship it this method, it was only $47. She proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that it would be closer $200. I tried to show her on my phone. The method that i've found and how much it cost and that it was on their website, she got even ruder and gave me the dirtiest look. I asked her why she was being so rude and she proceeded to yell at me that I was telling her how to do her job and that I was shoving my phone in her face, which was anything but accurate. I said to her, this was the worst customer service I had ever received, and she continued to yell at me and told me, I was the worst customer that she'd ever had. Somebody may need a new job because customer service is not for her. And this totally explained why UPS across the street was packed, and this place was empty. I have attached a copy of the price from Fedex. It makes me wonder why the price is so different, 🤔

If you want to be treated rudely-for no reason-THIS IS THE PLACE! They are listed as a DSL shipper on line. I don’t know if man working there is owner or employee, but regardless he needs to find another line of work! I went there to ship an expensive item, pre-labeled & packed item. I simply asked for some sort of receipt showing I had left package with them. The answer I was given-you have a tracking number. I politely answered yes but that can be printed but never shipped, I said could you just give me something showing I left the package with you for DSL. (All interaction at this point was with a woman). Then some man immediately comes from behind a wall and rudely states they don’t give receipts! Quote-“ I can take the package or leave it, he doesn’t care which!” He said he wasn’t going to argue with me. Shocked at his comment & attitude-I answered I’m not arguing with you I just asked for a receipt! He said then take your package & drive to Columbia!
In disbelief I asked woman why is he so mad? She just shrugged her shoulders…
Needless to say I DID take my package!!! Why would anyone tolerate that treatment when you are the customer? I would Never do business with Smart Printing Center & will certainly make experience known to DSL. This place is SO unprofessional!!!

Might no be the cheapest, but definitely the fastest and Jessica is a great graphic artist for my needs, Dilly Dilly always greets me at the door. From menus to signage, printed envelopes and even vehicle business Graphix.

Tim did an outstanding job for me. I had an unusual shipping request for survey equipment and Tim stepped up and made it happen. I can’t say enough good things about his service. I highly recommend this business when you need someone that knows their stuff.

Came in twice before with large orders. This time I was taken advantage of when only needed 1 item. Overcharged a ridiculous price, then basically told I was taking him away from his business of larger orders to justify that charge. Obvious he doesn't want my business or my friends business. Will make sure they know.

The owner is the rudest person I have ever met at the lake. He clearly has a chip on his shoulder and takes it out on customers. He must also teach his employees to be rude. He is not helpful and charges way too much for services. I sure hope someone becomes a competitor.
You sure have a way of fluffing up what occurred. Again, you are rude and should never be in business dealing with people. Turn your permanent t frown upside down, it’s ok to be nice. I have read your responses to others and I am so shocked by how you talk to people. Oh and yes I have been a customer..but never again. I would rather drive elsewhere than support your local business..will gladly not recommend you to others.
