I chose this grocery store because it was close to my house. Everything was fine until I met the cashier. The middle-aged woman didn't wear a name tag. She had light red, curly hair and a ring on her nose. She was very rude and acted like I was begging for her food. There was no hello, no thank you, nothing but a look of contempt. It was a horrible shopping experience. I'm thinking of never coming back again.

This is my first time coming to this smart & final extra. I am normally a customer of the smart & final in Redlands. This place is absolutely awesome. I am definitely add this to my rotation for shopping.Natalie this have all the regular smart & final stuff that I used to like to 2.5gallon Ziploc bags and stuff you can run a picnic bizarre or block party,but also had some health food in bulk bins like you normally find a trader Joe's or Clark's

Everything was fine until I got to the register . In the receipt it says her name is Kelly. She’s an older African American woman. I stopped there real quick for detergent and softener that’s all I bought and when she gave me the total she also asked me to answer a question on the screen I just pressed the “no thank you “ and paid her cash. My total was $29 and change I gave her $30 and when she gave me my change back she said “DONT YOU GO SPEND THAT ALL IN ONE PLACE” and gave me a look. That was very disrespectful ! Especially with the tone she said and her face expression. Very unprofessional!

My wife and I have shopped a few times here but this time was THE best! As we entered the store we were greeted with, welcome and smiling faces. We gathered our items and headed to check out. Veronica was absolutely AMAZING! Her customer service was the best I had seen in a while. 11/10 We had good conversation and found out she has purchased vehicles from where I work now. She showed us how to sign up to become a member and we saved 15% on our entire checkout! Her customer service and professionalism has earned this store a loyal shopper.

My experience with this store was good until I went to check out. I was needing help to find a coupon on the App and the cashier Veronica was rude and poor customer service . I feel like there should be some kind of training in customer service with her. I will not be returning to this store I’ll continue to shop at the Smart and Final near my house on Arlington in Riverside with good customer service and always willing to help there customers.

Cashiers are always tired and complaining about their jobs here . There's one or two who like to talk a lot .
They always charge you wrong (higher) so make sure you see your receipt before leaving the store . I shop here only when I need something quick because it's by my house . But wouldn't come unless it was an emergency.
