The whole team is just awesome. They make my visits so comfortable and relaxing. They are attentive, informative and a great understanding that not every other medical office has. I would recommend to family and friends because I know they would receive top level of care. An extra A+ to Angela, Jonathan, Kaylee and Benjamen for putting up with my crazy.

I had a sleep apnea test done and then wanted to check about their weight loss program. An appointment was made with the weight loss doctor and the opening was 3 months later. When I had the appointment with Dr Lawsie (sp?), she explained it very well. After that, it was all down hill! The communication is terrible. It is as though they’re taking a lot more patients than they can properly give attention to.

I have always had an easy and informative experience with this place. Recently I spent 3 months trying to get a replacement bipap machine and if not for Daniella I would have ripped my hair out, being able to speak, she was able to keep me calm and I actually have good news. I got my new machine (thank you Daniella) 😊. I have been seeing Dr Andry for 6 years, best sleep doctor her and her staff have been great. Remember they want to help, they understand why you're there

I went in a few times for a slight case of sleep apnea. I didn't want to wear a big mask, so I am doing the mouthpiece instead. Both of the dentist that were involved along with the two ASSISTANTS, were fantastic. All very professional and friendly. I loved that, because post Covid that is hard to come by.

This review is for Dr. Lamaie, navigating the office is another story, but this doctor is great. I have tried many different approaches to weight loss and so far this is the most quick, simple and efficient program I’ve tried. She really listens, pays attention to details and lays out an easy to follow plan. I am down 13 pounds in under 2 months just with changing my diet! I appreciate the follow up and encouragement she provides.

Had a terrible experience with lack of communication. Dr and staff are great once you get in but it takes a long time to even get a person on the phone and then a long time for appointments. I actually had to walk in for an appointment when I Called five different times for sleep study; one time rang for six minutes so I just gave up. Save yourself aggravation and wasted time and go to another sleep study center.

I was referred to this office for INSOMNIA. And had to wait 3 months for an initial appointment! After a 10 minute conversation, they scheduled me for an at home sleep study and then promptly coded the sleep study with diagnosis code of obstructive sleep apnea. My in lab sleep study was denied by my insurance based on diagnosis. When I questioned them about it, the billing person said "We were told to code everyone with sleep apnea, but I see that's not why you were referred to us."....INSURANCE FRAUD! After that initial conversation, the billing person would not even speak to me anymore and even hung up on me one time when my call was transferred to her. Then I had to wait 6-8 weeks for my at home sleep study results. This started in March 2024. In October 2024 I still had not gotten the results of my at home sleep study. At that time, I canceled my next appointment. I felt like this office was a fake and a phony. I did not get the vibe they really cared about my health. It felt like they were using me for the insurance money. I waited 7 MONTHS and never received any improved health benefit or even suggestions of things I could do to improve my sleep. Find another office if you can!...
