I called them several times never got a call back The last time I called them it took 3 hours to get a call back when they said it would be 15 minutes then the guy I try to play me for stupid but I'm about to show you the photos and they said that there's nothing they can do because it's all hardwired in that you can't put cable extensions or anything else on it it's not acceptable within a open case gaming PC now if it was a closed case, fine but this looks like a pumpkin patch celebration not to mention that the front fans are black and the rest of them are white fans with black housing. Not to mention the representative one of the argue with me when I showed him pictures and he was wrong and I emailed them to Skytech... Not happy

Just got the 011 with the rtx 7800x3d and 4070ti super and I absolutely love the pc . It’s been able run every game at top performance . I also got the 3 year warranty but hopefully I don’t need to use it ..

The computer that I bought was amazing, it was everything that I asked for. Skytech was very helpful as some things were loose from being jostled around in the mail and they walked me through every step I needed to fix/adjust everything so that it worked. 10/10 experience, I was super thankful that everything worked out as at the time the PC I bought was the most expensive purchase I had ever made and the staff helped me quite a bit and put my mind at ease. My fiancé needs a new desktop a little bit of gaming and school work and when we can afford it I will definitely be coming back to get one for her. The prices are amazing considering the current economy and I highly recommend.

I ran into an issue with my bluetooth capabilities missing after a game froze my computer. I am newer to gaming PCs and had done more fixes than I can count from forums to try to get it back assuming it was a Windows 11 issue. Reached out to their live chat support, it was painless- easy to follow step by step instructions which fixed the problem on the first try for solutions.

Nelson is a great tech supporter. I love my desktop, things happen and I know from now on I will be reaching out to them again if anything else happens. (I still blame Windows not the wonderful PC they've built)

100% my worst pc buying experience. I ordered my gaming pc on November 24, it was a prebuilt “fast shipping” it’s now December 7th and nothing. It shipped from Skytech on December 2nd and fedex is now showing delivery on December 9th, but really, who knows. As it was to be delivered on 12/6. 2 weeks and I still don’t have the pc I paid $1500 for.

7900XTX would not show up in Amd Software. Found that 2-8 Pin connectors were completely disconnected and wrong power supply . Tech who built the unit ran out of PCIE slots . I was forced to go to bestbuy and purchase the correct power supply for $200. It now work after customer intervention. You guys dropped the ball on this one . Please investigate the tech who did this as you guys cost me hours of research and money . Serial # in photos for corporate.

Made several calls for repair daughters computer caught fire . Still under warranty been expecting a call for a shipping label to return unit . All i get is someone will call me back but 10 days later no label and no call. Gonna send them a letter of intent to sue could have burned my house down .
