Can’t wait to hit the pavement and break in these beautiful Go Run sneakers from Skechers. Who doesn’t like squashing running goals in style?!

The maximum cushion should bring comfort to my feet while the mesh upper will keep them cooler. The bright colors will make my workouts fun!

So far this year I’ve hit nearly 700 power walking and running miles! Plan to finish the year strong and in bright, sexy fashion!

I walked into Skechers here in Albuquerque. Louisiana Boulevard. The store felt cold and Uninviting.
One sales person behind the register pointed me in the direction I needed to go and then left me. There was nobody else in the store to answer any kind of questions. there’s really no place to sit and try the shoes on. this store Is a perfect example of customer no service. But please, Don’t take my word for it, go into the store and see for yourself. I won’t go back.

False advertising, just bought some slip on, hands free no bending over shoes at Academy. The shoes look good and feel good. Problem is when I slip these shoes on, I still have to bend over to pull the tongue out. I'm 74 and the reason I bought these, is because I believed you just slip on and go, bull still have to bend over. False advertising

I wanted to thank this wonderful salesman by the name of Sajjad who works in your Commack Strore. His kindness and willingness to help me find the perfect pair of shoes for a special occasion. He was so patient and made me feel very special. I will send many of my friends to that store. You do not meet many special sales people these days. Thank you

I purchased three pairs of Sketchers shoes from their website and subsequently visited my local Sketchers store to process a return. For some unknown reason, the Sketchers “computer system” would not recognize my on-line order. Roger, the store assistant manager was patient and attempted to help me as the return could not be completed. He called his employee customer service representative and was directed to contact technical support who then returned him to the employee customer service. Neither was able to offer any assistance.

I then called the customer service listed on my receipt and spoke with Anita. Surprisingly, I found her to be rude and clueless on how to resolve my return in the store. Instead, she said she would send me a postage paid return label, but I would have to purchase a box for my return and find a UPS store to drop off the box. Once the shoes were returned to California and processed, it would take 5-10 business days for my credit card to be refunded. I left the store with the shoes.

Having wasted 45 minutes of my time in the store and on the phone trying to process a simple return and then waiting for possibly another 30 days for my credit to be posted is insulting and unacceptable. Would Sketchers allow me to take shoes and pay for them 30 days later?

I asked the customer service rep (Anita) to provide the name and phone number of the district manager or company executive office, as the entire event was not due to any fault of my own. She could not provide me with the names or contact information but informed me that I should receive a call within 24-48 hours from the district manager. In my opinion, this simple return is in no way how any customer should be treated or should experience. From my perspective, this was unacceptable.
Instead of returning the shoes via UPS, I decided to return to the store the following day. Alec, the store manager was able to seamlessly return the shoes and give me a credit immediately. He apologized for my needless experience last night and blamed the “computer” for the problem. Why wasn’t the company tech support or one of the customer service departments able to detect this and come to resolve? Alec was professional and understanding. I still asked for a call back from his district manager or company executive office. He said he would make the request. Twenty- four hours later, I have not yet received a call.

Going forward, I may contemplate visiting other options for shoes prior to purchasing anything at Sketchers. This was not a good experience!

I will never understand how a company that makes extremely comfortable shoes can make such garbage in their designs? Their slip on shoes have an extremely durable and well engineered back, while their other shoes incorporate the weakest backs! I don't understand what the purpose is of having this weak material that bends so easily? This design is incorporated into most of their active wear shoes.

I only buy the mens shoes because the largest wemon shoe i ever see is an eleven. In the last year I have not found a shoe that worked for me in mens. All I see at the outlet and at my local retail stores is the slip ins. I can't wear them they hurt my achilles tendon on both of my feet. Sketchers used to be my all time go to for a comfortable shoe. I used to always find a shoe that was slightly slimmer and didnt look so manly or clumpy. Npw some of my favorite slide in are made with the stiff back on the heel of the shoe. They hurt like hell! I hope that sketchers bring back the soft heels. Hopefully I am not the only one that has this issue.

Just gave a 1 star review of Skechers Scottsdale Manager. They used to have a Great Manager, think her name was Monica, she went to Tucson, the new manager needs to be replaced immediately. Have purchased at least a dozen shoes at that store , including 3 pairs just two weeks ago, brought one pair back today to change , the manager said NO which goes against their corporate policy .
She needs to be SKETCHED OUT of that store .
