Well John has saved me again. I buy new equipment and they always tell you , It is just plug in and it good to go , easy to set up!!!! Well that is never true, John was able to fit me in his schedule came over set up my new computer. My home office is now running smoothly!!! I live in Burlingame Hills, needed new home office computer/printer setup. Contacted several computer service companies on "this side of the hill" for estimates prior to contacting John. Initial contact with Simon Computers was impressive. I am highly selective and wanted an experienced professional for the job, not a Geek Squad rookie. John was the right choice for my high standards. He was communicative, articulate, professional demeanor and patient with my many questions. Upon timely arrival, John successfully/efficiently installed desktop computer, printer and downloaded all requisite software. He made suggestions I needed but never would have thought of. His expertise, technical knowledge, know how is at gold standard.
Family/friends tried to convince me to do it myself it would be easy. Watching John work his magic made me realize I was right to hire a professional. There was absolutely no way I could have configured this installation. Done right there is much more to it than plugging cables point to point. We who are not expertise in computer service simply don't know what we don't know. Problems caused as a result of attempting to do it yourself or worst, call these warranty hotlines with entry level representatives are not worth the frustration and ultimately don't resolve the problem.
Simons Computer is very fairly priced comparatively. Since installation, have contacted John with additional computer needs (peripheral setup). He scheduled expediently, I am fully operating. Money well spent hiring a true professional.
