Simetra pretty much rescued the organization I represent from an almost impossible situation: upgrading a system built in 1995 to a contemporary one. That was done with the its amazing programmer Cheryl and we are incredibly satisfied. Note: there are others out there that offer what look like similar services for competitive pricing but we went with this company for its honesty, knowledge and service. It's the exact opposite of providing the basics of the contract. Please consider Simetra Systems in any software upgrade.

We hired Simetra Systems to design our old web-based platform. We were having enormous trouble keeping track of all the calls, patient visits and tests we perform. This job was a critical step for our business, and choosing the right business for the job was key.

But we hired right, and Margaret’s team delivered. They implemented a user-friendly and nicely designed system that allowed our calls, patient visits and other important information to be logged seamlessly. They blew our expectations out of the water, along with our previous issues. We continue to do business with Simetra Systems to this day.

We have used Simetra for many years. They built a custom order/purchase order database over 20 years ago for my company, and we still use it today. We have had small additions and edits over the years and Simetra has been there for us the entire way. Typically, we work with Kevin and Cheryl. Kevin has been there since the beginning. They are responsive, professional and very fair on all pricing. I highly recommend their services.

Our organization had an old outdated database that was dying. We were worried we would lose everything. Margaret and Kevin saved all of our data and built a new easy-to-use database that is a huge improvement over our old system. They took time to understand our needs and helped us design new reports that made our data more usable. If we have questions or new issues they are available and responsive. We are so happy and relieved!

I briefly worked at this place but found the owner, Margaret to be verbally and mentally abusive to myself, and her employees. I stuck up for one and paid the price. Since then, 3 of her employees (of 5 total) have left. The practices of this company is not something I can recommend at this time. I would implore you to do your research.
