Signius has always been pretty reliable. However over the last few months there has been a decline in service. There are many times recently where they do not answer after 3 minutes of ringing, the busy signal happens after 3 minutes of ringing, and there is some sort of mailing/billing issue where they are not receiving checks in the mail and charging late fees. I just transferred our business line to Signius for Labor Day weekend. The first time I tried to transfer, I get a few rings and a busy signal. The 2nd time I try to transfer, the lady answers the phone and it took about 20 seconds for her to say something. She sounded very confused and lost. This type of answering style is not good for our business. This is what customers have to deal with when they call our business. How many times has a customer called our line, to get a busy signal? That's a missed business phone call for anyone using Signius. I have reached out a few weeks ago, only to hear that they are having technical issues. It seems those issues have not been fully resolved. Something is "off" about Signius currently!
I'll be calling next week to find another solution when it comes to an answering service.
